We play with a group if 6 on a server which was working fine but after the nee update lag really bad. Inventory shows up slow, block lag, fishing and animals rubberband and I lost my horse while riding it

I also have this 1.17.10.23 beta, creating worlds new or old take twice as long to load. Breaking blocks they don't show up in inventory for several minutes. Go to place blocks they vanish after they were placed. While attacking mobs you can hit them several times more then the normal and they don't show they've taken damage.The inventory takes several minutes to open
Is this still an issue in the latest version (1.17.11)? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).
