[MCPE-131942] when i enter a world it show the water bubbles and i can't go down like im in water , go up like im in water or swim and all enities are frozen until hit then they float in the air

i can't go down like im in water , go up like im in water or swim and all entities are frozen until hit then they float in the air, and its in all my worlds, and if your in creative you will slowly float all I can add is a screen shot of a pig because the video is to big
