I logged onto my private server to find that half of a house I had been working on the previous night had disappeared, to the left of the house was a rectangular hole which went down past bedrock level. About 60 blocks by 20. I then kept getting notifications that my named animals had fallen out of the world but were not anywhere near the chunk missing.
