[MCPE-132357] when you crate a survival world without expmentel togls on so they are off

how you crate the bug is by

1.create a new world without experimental on

2.when the world is carted then you should be floating forever and you should hove your water bubbles in your hotbar and thy never diaper.

3.you shouldn't be able to go down.
