Sandstone/Red Sandstone stairs texture inconsistency

The right side up stairs have a cracked bottom texture while the upside down stairs have a smooth top texture.

Expected Results:
Upside down stairs should have a cracked top texture (Java parity) or right side up stairs should have a smooth bottom texture.

when you place Sandstone stairs or Red Sandstone stairs upside-down the texter is smooth sandstone instead of normal sandstone like on Java.
