Bees dont follow flowers or breed

Does this issue occur in a specific world or in every world you create?

I just made another world and tested and it does seem to only be that one world.

Could you provide a copy of the world? If the world is larger than 10MB, you can upload it to OneDrive or a similar file-sharing site, and then share the link.
