I've had way too many instances where my nether portal in my world takes me to a portal 300+ away from the original portal generated. Happened before the recent diamond generation fix aswell.

Im in a survival world so its hard to tell exactly where the seccond portal is but i know its in a basalt area in the nether i've been to only twice. I was supposed to spawn at x -45 z -40 in the nether but it spawned my at a portal at around x-220 z-130 i havent been able to find the portal in my 2 trips back as i have died looking for it both times
