[MCPE-13268] Endermen didn't teleport if you trow a splash potion on them

If I throw a splash potion on a Endermen they do nothing.

I have expected that the Endermen teleport away on the same way as if you shot an arrow on them.

Tested with all splash potion in creative mode
Tested with water, healing and poison splash potion in Survival

Latest tested version 0.14.0 build 5
Device Samsung Galaxy Note3 Android 5.0
