I went into the nether in my peaceful difficulty world, built up about 10 block two block in front of the portal, then was killed, lost all my iron tools, map, and 13xp. And yes I know that this is a small loss but I would like to know why it happened and hot to fix it for others that may be experiencing the same problem that may have much more to lose.
