I exited the world during a level, then I came back and the goal ring to enter the shop did not appear. This normally doesn't happen, so I jumped into the water so I could reset, but then it sent me back to the shop randomly after doing this. However, everything is frozen and I can't seem to exit the room. The level portal doesn't work anymore and the door to go back to the hub doesn't work either. So I've been trapped in this room for over 20 minutes, I thought that maybe it needed time to load everything but nothing works.
I've tried everything. I exited and reopened the world, then I tried resetting the game. I even tried "refreshing" the game by pressing the home button, which usually works too. I didn't edit any permissions before making the world, so I can't even use commands or creative mode to get out.
I know the Sonic Minecraft map is incredibly buggy on Switch, but this glitch makes the map literally unplayable! I don't want to delete the world and start fresh because I already spent so much time trying to unlock everything. I'm sure you're all getting plenty of reports about the variety of problems with the Sonic map, but please fix these issues as soon as possible!

Title should be changed to something like "game breaking bug". If this happens you literally cannot leave the ring shop. If someone has a work around please post. Otherwise the only other option is to start over from scratch.
