[MCPE-132847] Touch( android/ios) users can't crouch in air while in creative mode

1) Go to creative mode

2) Use jump button to fly

3) You notice that there are only two buttons up and down only

Present results -:

You can't crouch while in air.

Expected results-:

There should be a button for crouching in air in creative mode on touch devices.
