This has been a long-term problem for mobile users of Creative Mode for building.
The game has no ability to lock crouch while in creative flight mode. This is very similar to an old bug released with Update Aquatic that hid the crouch button, preventing players from being able to crouch/uncrouch when they were under water.
In that case, after reporting that bug, the Devs added a workaround that would crouch/uncrouch if you double tapped the swim down button.
Could we PLEASE get the same double tap down button remedy for mobile on creative flight mode? The ONLY way right now to crouch while in creative mode is to either have access to a bluetooth keyboard and hold down space + left shift. Or trying to hold down the fly up and fly down keys at the same time.
Not sure why the Devs chose to hide the crouch button when flying. It would have made building in creative a LOT easier for mobile players.
PLEASE PROVIDE AN EQUAL SOLUTION FOR CREATIVE FLYING CROUCH PLACING OF BLOCKS.

I decided to check back on the state of this game after nearly half a year. Good to see many bugs being addressed. I decided to check back on some bugs that were contested and report back if they still happen.
This still remains an issue. There is no crouch lock button. 1.16.200. I would recommend this be reopened.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set your gamemode in creative mode.
2.Try to stay on crouch mode.
Observed Results:
You can't stay on crouch mode for how long you want.
Expected Results:
You can stay on crouch mode for how long you want/crouch mode lock.
Continues to affect 1.19.80 on Bedrock. Earlier, pressing the down arrow key whilst flying would result in the player not only descending, but also sneaking at the same time. So if the player was flying and wanted to place a block on a block that has a ui (eg. crafting table), they would be able to. Now, the player cannot do that and has to stop flying and then sneak.

So this has been a issue for a long time however up until 1.19 there WAS a way to do it, it was just extremely unintuitive. However the devs removed that one and only method and now it’s impossible to crouch place blocks in air on mobile. This needs to be addressed or at least the devs need to re dd the old way to do it. The devs already shaft mobile players enough, we don’t need them going out of their way to remove features that every other version of the game has.
