[MCPE-169116] Can't crouch while flying on Mobile

You can no longer crouch while flying on mobile, which makes placing blocks on interactable blocks while flying impossible.

I wouldn't consider them the same. Before you were able to hold down both the up and down buttons and crouch while flying; now you can't.

what the hell? how is this resolved? I still cant crouch while flying? If this is what they intent to make in bedrock, its gonna be hell for builder
