but i didn't enable it.

would like to mention that the issue also affect with the edit character box which the user unable to edit the character because it offline.

I am only talking about the touch control button.

It not about the emote,pause or chat button it about touch Control.

So there some comparison of it, when online and when offline.

So what I see is that when I go online it is still doesn't display it and also when offline. And my device isn't asking me to free up some space.

No, but the problem here is in the Account menu and it only happen when offline.
