[MCPE-234935] Block holds by enderman is bright when using vibrant visuals

Issue : Block holds by enderman is bright when using vibrant visuals.

Steps to Reproduce :

1.Find an enderman holding a block during night time.

2.See the block holds by the enderman.

3.The block is bright or highlighted.

Expected Results :

The block holds by the enderman during night time shouldn’t glow, bright or highlighted when using vibrant visuals.
