[MCPE-132950] Whenever im on a horse and try to jump over a river as soon as my horse touches the other side it despawns along with the saddle and armor on it

Whenever im on my horse and try jumping over a river my horse disappears it says its still in the game though because when i teleport all entitys to me the log says it teleported my horse to me but i cant see it this has happened 5 times to me
