Glow Berries aren't growing at all.

 I haven't had Glow berries growing for a few hours while I am fishing not far from where my Glow Berries are, and I haven't seen them grow. I am sure they should have produced at least one berry by now, but I haven't seen any. I have this problem on my Switch and PlayStation 5.
