the nether portal act like ther is no portal at all.

it happened more often after i bring animals through the portal
this often appears to random portals in my singleplayer world and one single time it worked again when i walked like 16 chunks away but right now not even breaking and re-ignite the portal fixes this issue
it works in no gamemode at all
