I have super long ice paths in the middle of my oceans from where I had previously traveled using the frost Walker enchantment. Assumed it was due to leaving render distance before the ice could break. Not sure this is the exact cause, as there have been ice glitched within a few blocks after the other have broken. Blocks have to be manually broken to fix.
