When hosting through Xbox I can pick items up with a full inventory. When I pick them up they disappear and are not in my inventory.

Thank you for your report! This issue was, however, reported at an earlier time as MCPE-, which has been marked as fixed for an upcoming release.
If you did not do so this time, please perform a search to see if your bug has already been submitted prior to creating new tickets in the future.
