I have recently created some texture packs to use in my mobile worlds and I downloaded them. But now that I tried to activate them and use them in game it says they are incompatible. Normally I would think I did something wrong in the download process, but I don’t think I did because I activated some texture packs that have been working in the latest version/ update and they are now incompatible as well. So they were working this morning and compatible but now that I deactivated and tried reactivating they are now incompatible.

No it’s an issue with Minecraft allowing to mod my game. It’s not modded I’m trying to get it modded but Minecraft isn’t considering the resource packs to be compatible. It’s just textures so it shouldn’t be modded
Does your texture pack only use resources that you yourself have created?
If you start with a base pack, you should just use that as an example and not include all of the files from the base pack. Only files that you have changed should be included.

Yes it was vanilla. I’m using crafty craft it’s an app for making texture and mod packs. I was only using textures so it wasn’t necessarily a mod. It wasn’t adding anything new just changing the way things looked. Anyway I figured out a work around. If I apply the pack to a specific world it works. But it won’t work for me to do it in game settings to make it be the automatic texture pack for all my worlds. It’s a little annoying but I don’t really mind that much.
