So anytime I go near mobs they are obviously there but I'll walk away and then go back to get them and they arent there and its like everytime. They are there one second and gone the next.

Not even 15 blocks Im playing skyblock and it definitely isnt over 30 blocks wide either way. But its so weird cause on other worlds I have farms and if I move more than 44 blocks they dont disappear but on some one or two will despawn. Sounds so stupid but ive never had this happen until like a month ago.

How far away from the mobs did you go? With the default Simulation Distance of 4 chunks, mobs will despawn when more than 44 blocks from a player
