[MCPE-13393] Hoppers, Droppers, And Dispensers

When I press and hold items from my inventory when opening hoppers, droppers, dispensers, the green bar moves and cancels the item you want to place in hoppers, droppers and dispensers, ITS QUITE ANNOYING!
