i tried ti download a previous backup of my minecraft bedrock realm, and after i did so me and the other user playing at the time are unable to join the realm, it gets to loading resources and then the game crashes, this also happens to the other user. we have tried many devices, all of the other players in the realm can join. i also cannot download the world to preserve it because the file is too big to downlaod. i logged out and when i tried to log in i got error code glowstone, and when i resolved that issue i still couldnt join the realm.i have also tried archiveing the software and downloading it again. is there any way to fix this because we have spent many months on this world and would not like to lose it or create new accounts to play on it.

i havent "closed" the realm yet, (how exactly do you do that)but i will do that next if it is safe, but after i posted the previous message i made a new account and invited it to the realm but it had the same glitch, i also tried to sign into the new account on multiple devices, meaning the glitch somehow affects across accounts and devices. the other person who was affected by this glitch was able to join the realm for a little while but when i changed the difficulty to peaceful they got the glitch again.

Have you tried "Closing" the realm before restoring from the backup, and then Reopening the realm afterward. That will ensure that all players are not connected during the restore process.
