[MCPE-13395] The witch mob nose is moving.

When you move closely to the witch mob, you can see that his nose is moving and not staying on its original place. Please fix this bug. My device is SK8+.

Agree WAI, though I didn't know about the nose until I read this! :

@Dinnerbone : I decided to go for a less traditional witch look and have an "offshoot villager" kinda thing. It has a magical nose that wiggles, too.
