Unable to purchase from Minecraft Store

Currently unable to purchase anything in the Minecraft Marketplace. It states to check internet connection and try again. Internet connection is fine so that can't be the issue.

Are you able to access other online content (Featured Servers, Realms, etc)?
Are you getting any errors, and if so, what exact messages are shown?
Are you correctly logged in to your Microsoft account?

Having the exact same issue on switch and PS4. I can't access any of my purchases.

Ridiculous that 5 days later this is still an issue and there hasn't been any sort of response.

I know. I tried to contact them directly and after a little dance around they sent me back here. This isn't only happening on one console and its happening for a lot of people, even from a business stand point, making people angry that they can't access stuff they have already purchased isn't good.

I’m having the same issue right now. I keep reopening the game and it’s saying that my internet is having issues but when I go on other apps and games my internet is working perfectly.
