[MCPE-134127] Broken Soul Sand

Hello Mojang Ever Sience 1.16.0 bedrock edition soul sand has been broken how so? well soul sand is supposed to sink you 2 pixels i know this is not intended because it still happens in java edition so yeah this is 100% a bug
