axolotls and turtles disappearing through solid blocks

Axolotls and turtles are constantly disappearing when being named,and somehow are getting through solid blocks. Even when I watched a turtle hatch,I left the chunk and came back the turtle was gone. Same issue with villagers and other entities such as iron golems as well. Im currently playing on xbox one bedrock edition and the world is also on a realm. So I'm not entirely sure if it's just how these entities are coded and they're suppose to do this but I cant find any answers through the community pages. 

Please note that all said entities that ive listed were all named with name tags and yet they seem to keep disappearing.
