Entering nether portal sometimes causes teleporting in the same coordinates as in overworld and teleporting from nether into overworld sometines cause suffication in wall and item loss

Hello,

I ran into this issue for quite a few times now. Lets say i enter the nether from coordinates in overworld x-8 000 and z- 8000 and I end up with same coordinates in the nether which causes to walk large distance back to home or suicide and respawn.

While entering the portal from nether to overworld causes just black screen and suffication in a wall and you can not do a thing about it. That causes in all item loss that are on you. Tried to search for items while digging all around nether portals everywhere but they could not be found.

I hope this issue will be fixed soon.
