I lost my Founder’s Cape when the characters didn’t load for my skins. I made new ones (though I learned that I should’ve just closed and opened the game again because for some reason that’s how it works on switch???) and the Founder’s Cape wasn’t an option all my other downloads were there too though so I don’t understand what happened and how to get it back.
Sorry for not adding evidence that I had the Founder's Cape in the first place, so I went into my Switch's pictures and videos and found a good bunch showing that I used to have it before disappearing one or two patches ago.
For evidence 3 and 4, I reached the max and couldn't add more videos, so here's a link to both of those (which actually show the cape more clearly too):

I did read your ticket and look at the pictures. Your ticket was resolved as a duplicate because MCPE-103568 is the parent ticket for the Founder's Cape not appearing for those who downloaded the Founder's Cape skin pack during Minecon 2019.
