End cities not showing up.

I think you're just unlucky.

How have you searched? Usually when you go through a gateway after defeating the Ender Dragon, there will be a city reasonably close to the island you teleport too. You might have to search systematically to make sure you are covering the entire area.
You might also try turning up your Render Distance setting to the maximum allowed so you will be able to see farther away.

Another (somewhat cheaty) option is to make a copy of the world and switch that to Creative mode. Then you can fly around to find the cities and note their locations. Then switch back to the original world and travel to the known city locations.
