Whenever I would download a redstone map, a lot of the torches in the map would be broken, making the creation defective. I have noticed this bug essentially ever since redstone came out, even in 0.13.0 beta builds. I think this bug has something to do with the chunks loading, and certain torches don't load correctly. (Bug on LG Sunrise, and NVIDA Shield Tablet)

It's not converting g.m, it's when the torches become unloaded in the file transfer process, and then the chunks are reloaded and torches may be broken depending on their current binary value and the process of reloading chunks.(Just my theory)
