[MCPE-13471] cant open chests in creative

i cant open chests in creative to make a bonus chest. What I was doing: making a bonus chest. what happened: the chest opened, but the gui didn't appear

That's right. You can't open/interact with chest before 0.14.0.

This isn't a bug, it's a feature. This works as intended 0.14 will have this feature.
