Unemployed villagers sometimes start to work at already occupied workstations causing the villager that originally worked there to keep his job but start behaving like an unemployed villager.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
