Ray tracing can't be enabled with rx 6900 xt in 1.17.20.21, it worked in the past

thank you for replying, i'm using the newest AMD Radeon drivers:

  21.7.1

Minecraft is now at version 1.17.20.22

but it still doesn't want to do ray tracing.

UPDATE: MC just updated to 1.17.20.23, still no ray tracing

I have the same gpu and the same issue and still no idea on how to fix it, very sad

it now works again:

minecraft: 1.17.30.22

AMD Radeon SW/driver: 21.8.1
