Bought Minecraft for my son and won’t work the screen remains black, we called Nintendo and they said nothing is wrong with the console, they told us to refer to you to fix the problem

This happens a lot with me on the Xbox One X, except that I have to wait about 5-10 minutes for it to actually start loading.
