So. I opened minecraft, and saw this. (Far left) Then i opened the character creator menu, and saw this. (2cnd from left)
I figured it must jut be a menu glitch, so I opened a world...
and saw this (all others)

Update: i left the world, and everything returned to normal.

I remember this sorta happening in my sister's world on the switch version. Everything was fine in the menu, but upon opening the world the missing texture thing replaced many blocks and entities. After leaving the world and getting back on, it was fixed.
