End Gateways teleporting to either 0,0,0 or a specific point near the exit portal

When going through an End Gateway in our realm, me and the other players are being teleported to either 0, 0, 0 which kills us, or 1, 61, -7. I am not sure what happened to cause this, but the first couple of times we went through we were taken to the outer islands like we were supposed to, however as of writing this I am only ever taken to 1, 61, -7. I've attached videos of both events happening.
