I do not believe this issue is the same as MCPE-63284 but it might be, or it might just be related.
It's occurring within a survival world hosted on a BE Realm (10 person), unfortunately I couldn't figure out how to get details about the Realm for triage purposes.
Whenever any of us attempt to go through the End Gateway we're transported back to a spot on the End island that is ~10 blocks away and 3 blocks down from the Overworld portal. The End Gateway isn't working, but it's not transporting us to 0,0,0 Void like other users (at least, I don't think that spot is 0,0,0)
Able to repro on Win10, iOS, and Xbox One. All running 1.14.30

This has happened to me 2 times in three days, and each time I had max enchanted gear and an elytra, but it was pointless because by the time I was loaded in to do anything, I was already taking void damage.
This is a very serious bug. Players can't even get to the outer islands without putting everything they own in an end chest!
This was probably as a result of the 'fix' for end gateways teleporting players to 0, 0, 0.
It would be really helpful if you could provide a copy pf the world for us to investigate:
On Windows 10 you can use the Export world feature.
On Android or iOS you need to use a file explorer to navigate to Device storage > games > com.mojang > minecraftWorlds
On Xbox or Switch the only way is to upload it to a Realm, and then download the world on Windows 10 or Android/iOS. (Please do not purchase a Realms subscription just to provide a world to us - but if you have a Realm already this may be a viable option if you wish to do so.)
If the world is larger than 10MB you can upload the world to OneDrive or a similar file sharing site, and then share the link.

Some additional information based on testing:
Extending the platform with end stone still causes you to get placed on the edge, but other blocks seem fine. Additionally to that, sometimes your feet are glitched inside the block you're meant to be standing on. If the platform is only one high, you simply fall through into the void or a lower end platform if there is one.

Could you please mention the coordinates for the End Gateways that are causing the issue?

Note that this is a map that was saved down from our active BE Realm (sized for 10 uesrs) and then exported.
The End Gateway is located at 90, 76, -29 and we pass through it we are consistently warped to -1, 59, 15
Lastly, the symptoms/conditions that Prudii Gaming are describing do not match ours. The issues may be related, but I do not want to confuse the two. Prudii Gaming you may want to open a separate bug.

I can attest I am having the same issue on my brother's realm as well. Tried on both PC, Xbox, and Android with no luck.

As of the latest update, v1.16, this is still occurring. Confirmed that my Win10 client has been updated, assuming my realm has been updated as well.
Any update on this? It's been 3 months that I've been paying for a 10 person BE realm and we can't get to the End City. Please advise.
Does this continue to happen with new end gateways that are opened up, or is the issue only occurring in these existing worlds?
If it is not occurring any more in new worlds or with new gateways, then it might be that the bug where players were being teleported to 0, 0 (MCPE-63284) meant that some existing gateways are no longer linked to the outer islands. If that is the case, you may need to open up new gateways by defeating the ender dragon.

We haven't tried re-spawning the ender dragon yet, but will try that next.
In the meantime, we've manually built bridges to the outer islands. Took a while.

We respawned the ender dragon, gave it the proper beat down it deserved, and that seemed to reset our end portal. Of course the end city we were teleported to didn't have a ship, but 😛
You can probably close this as resolved at this point.

I can confirm that this is happening in 1.16.1 - at least on Realms. After defeating the dragon, the portal appeared and it worked a few times. Then suddenly, while I was in the End, another player tried to use the end gateway and it teleported him to the exit portal. From then on, the portal was broken. We "fixed" it once by resetting to an earlier backup, but it's broken again.

Hmm...we only tried it once to confirm it was working after beating the Ender Dragon a second time. I'll have a couple of members of my realm try it a bunch of times to see if we can re-break it, or if beating the Ender Dragon a second time permanently fixes it.

I can recall that while I was playing 1.14.1 with some other players (jn my local world; they joined via Xbox invite), the exactly same thing happened to me (the gateway was usable at first, but it got broken after some time), and we had to re-summon the dragon to get a new usable gateway, and the newer gateways never breaks like that (but I don't know if that was because we did not use it for many times). Don't know if this is the same in 1.16.

Every time you redefeat the ender dragon, a new end gateway spawns. If the first time, you get a bad gateway, try redefeating the dragon and look out for the new gateway.

Affected me on 1.16.100.54 tried upgrading to 1.16.100.55 but the gateway keeps teleporting me beneath the main portal to the overworld. I am on android phone.
In my case this world is one that I play with 2 friends with xbox live, we killed the dragon 2 times in a row, got 2 gateways, they worked fine. The second one gave us access to end cities, and in the first one we built an Enderman Farm. After several hours of exploring in end cities we used a newly found gateway to returne from there (we were far away) we came back to the obsidian platform in main end island, but from that moment the gateway that teleported us to the Enderman Farm stopped working. Every time any of us use the first gateway we will be teleported beneath the overworld portal inside ends time blocks sofocating us.
Edit to add: I created a creative copy of the world, flew to the Enderman Farm gateway tried to use it and it sent me to de void at 0 0 0 , so I flew to the gateway that I was supposed to be teleported to and 2 new gateways appear on top of the original..

Version 1. 16.100.56

After 4 dragon battles, the 2nd to last end gateway portal started teleporting the player into an area where they immediately would fall into the void. This happened a few times and then it began to instead teleport the player near the return gateway fountain, immersed into the ground blocks. Android 10 Bedrock v1.16.40 playing on a 10 person realm.
Downloaded a copy of the realm, used creative to fly out to the outer end island portal target and found a 2nd end gateway portal generated above the existing end gateway portal.
I then examined the NBT data of the glitched end gateway portal at the dragon island and found that the ExitPortal data values were showing as 0 0 0 whereas other portals working correctly show their correct target coordinates.
This whole situation is rather frustrating based on the fact that we are a Vanilla Survival Realm and that combined with the fact that downloads/uploads for realms are somewhat borked.
Attaching screen capture from Blocktopograph of a correctly configured end gate portal and the glitched end gateway portal. Hope this helps the devs resolve this bug. Ideally, once a value has been set for these NBT data values there is no way the game should be re-writing those values.
Note that the resolution does NOT merely involve breaking the extra generated end gateway blocks on the outer islands. The glitched end gateway portal NBT data on the dragon island will STILL cause the player to be teleported to 0 0 0.
Suggested POSSIBLE workaround is to use Blocktopograph or similar tool to edit the glitched values to match the original target location and possibly clear the chunk involved at the target location in order to allow the game to regenerate that land and the target end gateway portal.
NOTE: Blocktopograph is an app available for Android devices only. It allows editing of NBT game values as well as the ability to highlight and delete chunk areas. Back up your world folder BEFORE using any such apps.

We have verified that after beating the Ender Dragon a second time, a second End Portal was created - this second portal is behaving as expected, it transports us back and forth to an end city without issue. The original End Portal is still not working correctly (still exhibiting the behavior I described when I originally opened this issue).
I'm considering this issue resolved and will stop 'watching' it. For the other folks who have commented on this issue, if your steps to reproduce are not exactly like mine I recommend opening a new bug and perhaps relating it to this one.

NOTE that an end gateway portal glitch can happen AFTER the portal has generated and is in a working state. Something in the game code is allowing those coordinates to change after the fact, setting the target closer and closer to the fountain portal and then eventually to 0 0 0 itself. So a portal generating and working initially is not necessarily going to stay that way. End Gateway Portals shifting target coords over time is another bug that has been determined on Bedrock when teleporting to the outer islands as well as returning back to the dragon island. We used our portal multiple times before this glitch started happening.
DEVs: A debug screen for Bedrock would be really handy for troubleshooting this kinda stuff within the game instead of having to dig into NBT settings, which is beyond the abilities of a lot of casual players, even if this screen were only available to OPs and/or the Realm Owner.

The same thing is happening for me as well. It's on Realms in 1.16 and after a few times the gateway stopped working and teleported us below the main island (causing us to fall into the void and die). This is extremely annoying and I hope it gets resolved. We also respawned and killed the Ender dragon a 2nd time, but that just created a new portal that teleported us somewhere else; the first portal still didn't work.
We now set up a command block to teleport us to the gateway location as a workaround. But it still sucks and is incredibly bad game experience.

I'm having this exact issue. On my bedrock survival server which i recently set up with close friends, we have defeated the dragon twice. Until the 1.16.100 update, the gateway worked fine and we had a base there, but ever since we updated the server, it now teleports us to 1. The middle of the island about 10 blocks away from the portal, or 2. in the void. This is very annoying and we lost our base because of it.

But, unfortunately, this error still exists. I cannot enter the end-cities... I cannot hunt for shulkers and elytras. This is annoying.....

The next victory about the ender-dragon creates a next portal....
Not nice, but (for me) you can close this ticket. It is maybe a problem with an updated save game.

I am also having this problem. I killed the dragon a while ago but only yesterday tried to enter the end city portal. I get teleported back to the dragon death area. Please fix this as I don’t want to kill the dragon again.

It appears this issue has gone away as of 1.16.210. I attempted to replicate this by creating a new creative test world on Windows 10, had no issues using both end gateways to travel between main island. Not sure if issue persists on worlds created before 1.16.210, will attempt later.
There's no guarantee once 1.17 comes out that this issue won't return, but hopefully someone will be able to confirm they got the same results.

This happened to me today. Version 1.16.210. Windows 10 edition.
Until today I was able to teleport back and forth. Now I am always teleported to the center of the main island next to the overworld portal.

I have the same issue.
Version 1.17.11 Windows 10 edition played on a REALM.
The first few times it worked, then suddenly not anymore. We are two players on the REALM.
I also downloaded the world to see if it makes any differences to play it locally. But no chance.
So when I use the End Gateway on the main island, it does teleport me to the main island just next to the Over-world portal.
When I fly out to the outer area and use there a end gateway, I do end up at the main island under the End Gateway (I have tested this with several end gateways in the outer areas and it always works). So the way back is working. but not from the main island to the outer area.

I've been having this issue too since 1.16.xxx (sorry don't remember the exact version number but new world created in 1.16)
To add more info to the issue: Originally I had a end city portal going to the outer islands which worked fine both ways for awhile. Eventually the portal on the outer island started to move it's exit spot on the main island, slowly moving towards the center main portal to the overworld. After so many trips back and forth, it would shift a couple of blocks closer to the center.
I believe this started to happen when I started to build under the portal on the main island (was replacing the end stone with end stone bricks if it matters). Going out to the outer island was still functioning correctly. As I kept building to compensate for the new exit point (I was transporting items through the portal for storage on the main island) the exit point would move closer to the center.
This happened about 6 times and the final exit point was about 15 blocks closer to the center than when I first went through. Then at one point the main island portal shifted so instead of sending me to the island, it now drops me off a couple of blocks off the main overworld portal. If I place a block at the exit point, unload the area and then reload, the exit point will shift to a new spot around the overworld portal however, it will remain consistent (x,z coords) regardless of placing blocks IF I keep the area (including the end city portal) loaded.

I am in 1.17.41 and my old gateway still isn't working but when I went into creative and enable experimental gameplay and got another one it worked.

This is also happening in my 10 person realm. The end gateway does not teleport me to the outer islands anymore. And I remain on the main island.

We got this to happen again on the same realm that had it happen before with a new gateway (teleported to 0,0,0).
It happened right after 2 users tried to use the same gateway at the same time (both from the main island, one used an ender-pearl, the other went into swim mode via water).
One user was teleported to 0,0,0, and the other user was kicked back to be on top of the main-island gateway.
The gateway stopped working (it was working successfully multiple times before this). It repeatedly takes anyone who uses it to 0,0,0.

We ended up rolling back the realm this time, and it works again.... but the steps above seem to cause it to happen

Happened once unexpectedly where I was teleported into the void. We rolled back the world and tried again. Now it’s teleporting me to a spot near the overworld portal.

Still happening on my 10 person realm on bedrock for xbox. Anyone who uses the end gateway to outer islands is teleported into the void or main island. Playing on newest version 1.20

While I don't play much in the 10 person BE realm I have, my kids do and they informed me that this happened to them again in the last few weeks. They have a workaround (they just fly back and forth with elytra) but it's still very much an active bug.

Is anyone able to provide a copy of the world where this is happening? If the world is too large to attach, you can upload it to a file-sharing site like OneDrive or Dropbox and share the link.

It seems that this bug always happen to the first Gateway Portal, and this bug usually happen after the first Gateway Portal was used for several times. The location that the portal will teleport player to may be a solid block or the void, which can easily put player to death.
I was playing in a 1.19 server, and when I tried getting to the outer islands, I found that the Portal teleported me to (2,63,10), where was a block and it made me suffocate. Then I had to kill another ender dragon and use the new Portal.
Now I am playing in a 1.20 server, and the server has finished killing the first ender dragon. At first, the first Gateway Portal could teleport me to the outer islands. When I finished my lunch and went back to the server, I found that the Portal was broken again. This time it will teleport player to (0,0,0), and the player will fall into the void. Now we have to kill another ender dragon again.

I can also confirm this issue. Bedrock 1.20.15 Realm. When ender pearling through our single End Island gateway we are teleported to a block under near the corner of the Overworld return portal (in Endstone). I am on PC with W10 and other Realm users (XBox and Switch) have the same result, while xbox user did report being teleported to 0,0,0 and died in void. I can provide world copy if necessary. The end island gateway did originally work for all realm users, this may have been at 1.20.0 (not sure). This is our single and only end island gateway on this realm.

Confirmed in a 1.20.31 Realm. The easternmost End gateway portal on the main island teleports me to a few blocks away from the central portal to the overworld. This gateway portal used to work (it took us to the outer End) when we initially defeated the dragon a few years ago. Two additional gateway portals on the north side of the main island still work, but their destinations in the outer End are further west than they originally were.

I found a temporary fix in a creative world... i destroyed the end-gateway in creative, and then re-spawned the dragon 20+ times (it eventually cycled back around and rebuilt that gateway, and it worked! However a bunch of testing and it broke again... not sure what caused it yet... and respawning 20+ dragons is tedious even in creative.

I'm having a similar issue, I've built a ring around my end gateways but don't get teleported onto them. I made a creative copy of my world to destroy the nearby end stone and make a large platform of blocks to spawn on to but it still shifted my teleport point to the end island.

I haven't experienced this bug naturally, but have created it accidentally a couple of ways. It sounds like either corrupted gate data, or there are no valid spawn spots within the search radius of the destination gate. In order to reset the gate, the dragon must be killed enough times to reset the data for that gateway. Up to 20 times.
Steps to recreate
Create a world, go to the end, kill the dragon
Enter the gateway using ender pearls.
Clear a 20x20x20 area around the gate, including the bedrock. This is over kill in my experience, but it's easy to do in creative
Go through the return gateway.
Enter the center island gateway again. You should be teleported to the lowest valid block at 0,0
I don't remember the exact steps for the second way I recreated the bug, but I was using structure blocks to move both the destination gateway and the center island gateway around. This corrupted the link between them, and I had to reset them both by killing the dragon 20 more times. One thing that I know can corrupt that link is trimming outer islands on the end, using amulet or other world editing tools

Same issue. I have bedrock realms. Survival and Hard Mode. I had defeated ender dragon years ago, probably 1.18 maybe 1.17. went to end today on 1.20.62 and went to my singular end portal, as I had only defeated the original ender dragon, and it teleported me to a few blocks away from overworld end portal instead of the outlying end portal as expected. I respawned the ender dragon and defeated him. It generated a new end portal 20 blocks from my original end portal. The original end portal goes to the overworld gateway. The new portal spawns to an outlying island end portal as expected. Obviously respawning the ender dragon isn't a fix but a work around.

In order to fix the corrupted gateway that kicks you to the middle of the main island, you have to respawn and kill the dragon until the gateway is reset, which depending on how many gates you already have open, and which one is corrupted, could be up to 20 times.

I am experiencing this in my bedrock Realm on the easternmost gateway. Playing 1.20.62 and killed the dragon, was able to go through the gateway one time, but then now whenever we go through the portal, it loops us back to a few blocks to the north of the end portal. First time going through it worked, but successive attempts put us back on the main island. I flew out to the gateway in the outer end and there are now 4 end portals stacked on top of each other on the exact same coordinates.

I can confirm that I have also experienced this glitch on my You plus Two Friends Realm on my Nintendo Switch. I cannot go through the gateway and neither can my friends.
