For the past 4 days I have had the same problem on both my Nintendo Switch and my android tablet, although I was able to play from 7:30am to 8:00am on August 16. Unfortunately, I was unable to play after that. I can occasionally see my realm (though I still can't join it) but most of the time it gets stuck on "Fetching Realms." I left it running for 4 hours and it remained stuck on "Fetching Realms." My friend can still play on Switch but I cannot. Please fix this I understand bugs can be tricky to find but I do pay for this service and would like refunds if this continues for more than a week.
I can confirm that I have also experienced this glitch on my You plus Two Friends Realm on my Nintendo Switch. I cannot go through the gateway and neither can my friends.
