When anyone on the server enters the End Portal from Dragon Island. It teleports us underneath dragon island into the void and we die. We have tried entering via ender pearl, and water stream. We can reproduce. We have lost so much stuff and can't go get more elytra's due to this bug please fix.

I made a world copy so I could pop into creative and try. It teleports me to the center of dragon island right beside the overworld portal. There is no way to get to the end as it stands.
