When i teleport through my nether portal it teleports me 1000 blocks away from my nether portal, and doesn't spawn me with different portal. This doesn't happen every time i teleport through, but it happens 93% of the time. I've reset my Computer, deleted Minecraft, and it still does this.

You teleport on same coordinates, 2500 in normál Word, and you teleport 2500 in nether, but this happen to me in End, and I die with netherite sword, and Diamond stuf with enchants and mending, 57 levels, elytra and some stuf in inventory
