Well, this don't happen at my phone only; It also happens on EVERY phone. I've noticed that the Enderman's AI is broken. After he teleports, he stops pursuing the player, and stay passive instead of aggressive until you look at him again...

Normal, sunlight or other sources of damage make the ender man neutral towards the player.
