Generating new Nether Portals are having the newly generated portals not scaling correctly at the 1:8 ratio. This has been occurring for me since 1.17.0, but was hoping someone else would identify the bug and report.
See provided screenshots with coordinates showing as well as a map showing that there is no jump in location after passing through the portal. The nether appears to be scaling incorrectly at a scale of approximately 1:6.
This is an older map that originated on the Xbox360 version of Minecraft, was ported to the XboxOne version, upscaled to a Medium sized map, and then subsequently ported to Bedrock.
I've tested new portals on a friend's world that is only a year old and did not run into this issue, having portals generate correctly at the 1:8 ratio.

I do still find it odd that this is a bug that will not be fixed. The portals have been working as intended for the many years since I first had transferred this to Bedrock, but have just now started breaking with the 1.17 updates. Any additional feedback from the moderators would be helpful - I do not find the search function here to be the best at finding specific problems.
