When Playing on a survival world with the 'Caves and Cliffs" Terrain Generation Enabled me and some other people found that all surface cave entrances are flooded. I took the time and scanned a 200x200 block area on a random and found 21 cave entrances all flooded at sea level. Aquafers still spawn normally but have no entrance to the surface causing you to strip mine for them. hopefully this gets fixed soon so people like myself can explore these true wonders of terrain generation.
