[MCPE-135290] explored and altered nether chunk resetting to new generation

I had a huge gold farm and ghast farm built near my nether portal and there is a huge sheer wall of netherrack there now. clearly at the edge of a chunk border. it reset the area to new nether when it was all loaded as pre 1.16 area, so nether wastes.
