I don't know is it issue or what but as you can see in the attachments below there is nothing except stone generating below Y= 0 there are also fewer/less ores please fix this if it's a bug.

I am confused--the first screenshot shows a lush cave at Y = -4. Please clarify how far you have explore for different kinds of caves.
I will add more screenshots at early as possible the lush cave Screenshot was to show that every thing like cave biomes, deepslate, tuff, gravels, granite, diorite etc are generating properly till Y= 0 but from Y= -1 only there is stone and some ores generating.
All the screenshots above Y= 0 are to represent/show that every thing till Y= 0 is generating properly but below Y= 0 there are only some ores and stone generating.
And I have also found Lapis lazuli ore generating between y= 58-50
Some blocks like diorite, dripstone, gravel, granite etc are generating till Y= -10(In very rare cases) after that there is only stone generating
