And you are incorrect. Do you work for Mojang? The cave generation changed to the point in experiments where all the caves I’ve been in are waterlogged.
Most of the cave are flooded, Mojang know about this issue and was fixed in Java Edition so eventually will come to Bedrock

This is incorrect. Even though a lot of the caves are water logged there are still caves that don't have water. You just gotta look for them a bit more.
