I was having issues with my realm so I canceled the subscription and tried to purchase a new realm but I am continuing to have the same issue. I go to my realm and go to upload the world I want to it. It starts the export process and runs to 100%. After it says complete the game doesn't actually complete the export, instead it just sits there and gives you one option to cancel. I've tried restarting Minecraft multiple times. I have also reset my Xbox 3 times but I get the same outcome every time. Nothing is working. Please help.

You may need to wait quite a long time for the upload to finish. I'd give it at least an hour.

I just waited 30min and it came up with a box saying error (select ok). I have done this multiple times... I will try the community support but it seems that microsoft and mojang won't help me resolve this issue.
