I cannot receive any messages from other players but they can receive my messages. I play on PS4 and Windows 10 this started before the crossplay featured for ps4 and Xbox. Now, this has affected both my accounts rather than just my windows 10. Please help.
This is similar to the being muted however is just that I can't see other players message and I have all settings that enables chat. This only occurs on the featured servers.
